We love indie’s here on Filmphoria and Atom Egoyan is well known for his indie career especially for his somber and deeply tragic The Sweet Hereafter. He returns to his home country of Canada for a similar setting but with a lot more excitement and thrill. It is pretty evident that Ryan Reynolds can hold a movie on his own especially since the masterful Buried. But he has Mireille Enos in tow this time around who was the star that kept the TV show The Killing interesting. Add to the mix a creepy Kevin Durand, Rosario Dawson and Scott Speedman and this could be another feather on Atom’s hat.
