Harold Ramis, American director, writer and actor passed away earlier today, after succumbing to a rare disease (autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis). He is best known for directing the time-bending comedy classic Groundhog Day and playing Dr. Egon Spengler in cult Ghostbusters I & II.
