We here on Filmphoria absolutely love the Coen Brothers film Fargo and we are glad that they have blessed the small screen adaptation of their movie, in fact they are acting as producers and writers for it.
Starring Billy Bob Thornton, Sherlock’s Martin Freeman and Breaking Bad’s Bob Odenkirk the series is supposed to be a 10 episode long true-crime story with the option of extending the show into other seasons with an anthology format a lot like True Detective and American Horror Story.
These teasers that FX have put out does give a very similar vibe to that of the movie and I’m glad they are sticking to same tone.
