Jake Gyllenhaal is turning out to be quite a maverick at choosing his roles ever since Prince of Persia tanked. Here is his filmography since – Source Code, End of Watch, Prisoners, Enemy and now Nightcrawler. Not to forget Zodiac before that as well.
The trailer is amazingly creepy and Jake has managed to look even creeper by losing over 20 pounds for the role. From the 2 minute trailer alone I would put Jake G as a front runner for an Actor’s nomination at the Oscars. Rene Russo and the awesome Bill Paxton co star in the film as well which is set in LA revolving around crime journalism.
This one has just moved up the list for most anticipated films of 2014 for me.
